The Eagles reunited at a Burbank, California concert

ending a fourteen year break-up on May 27th of 1994

At the beginning of the concert, Glenn Frey joked to the audience

"For the record, we never broke up; we just took a 14-year vacation"

The concert sparked the release of their second live album

Hell Freezes Over

The band's lineup was that of the Long Run era

upon its release where it stayed for two weeks

Hell Freezes Over sold over 9 million copies in the United States
